About Us

The finest work is built when it gets created in detail. An artist spends hours perfecting their work It is the GRIT of the artist which is at the core of that very creation. This GRIT, this time, sweat, and effort is what we pour in, in our creations.

Now, imagine a dancer, spinning uninterrupted, failing multiple times but in the end, perfecting their craft. The GRACE which is achieved after a sheer number of hours, detailing, and hard work is what we strive for.

Lastly, "EMBRACE" is about people liking your work. No artist is complete without an audience standing and applauding of what they have created. We have been fortunate to have 100s of families loving and enjoying their lives safely in our creations.

All of this - the GRIT, the GRACE, and the EMBRACE- starts from a simple beginning.

Lt. Puneshwar Meshram

An entrepreneur, worked his way up from fitter to site manager and independent civil contractor over 35 years of his experience in the industry.

His deep understanding of construction and first-hand experience helped him resolve even the most difficult challenges on site. His wealth of experience, practical knowledge and industry know-how allowed him to accurately estimate and predict the schedule of a project, as well as its overall health. Rooted to ground, he always used to put the welfare of the labourer first and foremost in any project. His son, Pranay Meshram, is taking his legacy and industriousness forward.

Pranay Meshram

With a strong Project Management background and training (PMP), Pranay Meshram has set upon to usher in the new wave of development in the construction industry. Having trained under Lt. Puneshwar Meshram, Pranay has built a strong network of industry professionals and business proficiency, helping him quickly navigate through the intricacies of construction. He has worked and studied in the US and the UK, helping him gain worldwide perspective of management and execution. Pranay understands the limitations and strengths of the Indian industry and aims to solve problems in a more organic way. That said he is keen to explore new ideas, technology and processes and hopes to be a lynchpin for what is to come next. Pranay's educational qualification include an MBA (with distinction) from the University of Oxford, UK and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara, USA.
